OTOFEEDS.id<\/a> – Jakarta.<\/strong> Kontinuitas layanan untuk memberikan kepuasan selalu dilakukan oleh PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (PT SIS) setelah memasarkan produk berkualitasnya kepada pelanggan. Komitmen perlindungan konsumen tersebut pada saat ini diwujudkan melalui kampanye Suzuki Product Quality Update di Indonesia bagi pemilik sepeda motor model Avenis 125 sejumlah 108-unit dengan rentang waktu produksi 30 April hingga 3 Desember 2022, guna mendapatkan pemeriksaan maupun penggantian komponen Ignition Coil Assy<\/i> apabila diperlukan.<\/p>\n

Hariadi, Asst to Department Head of Service PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (SIS) menginformasikan bentuk layanan terkini bagi pelanggan, \u201cSebelumnya prinsipal kami telah mengumumkan adanya pemeliharaan kualitas komponen pada model global yaitu Avenis 125. Sebagai produk yang juga dipasarkan di Indonesia, kami telah berkoordinasi untuk mengadakan program Product Quality Update. Pelanggan tidak perlu khawatir, karena Bengkel Resmi Suzuki siap melakukan pemeriksaan dan penanganan secepatnya,\u201d terangnya.<\/p>\n

Menurut Hariadi, hasil evaluasi dan investigasi Suzuki ditujukan untuk melakukan pemeriksaan lebih lanjut hingga penggantian terhadap komponen pelindung kabel high tension<\/i> pada rangkaian ignition coil<\/i>, dikarenakan terdapat indikasi degradasi material dalam jangka panjang pada beberapa unit yang terdampak. Kondisi tersebut berpotensi mengakibatkan adanya gangguan pada sistem kelistrikan. Namun dengan penggantian Ignition Coil Assy<\/i> yang akan dilakukan oleh PT SIS, maka dipastikan kinerja tersebut tetap aman.<\/p>\n

Untuk memastikan kendaraannya masuk kedalam program Product Quality Update, pemilik Avenis 125 dapat membuka laman resmi www.suzuki.co.id<\/a> serta memasukkan nomor rangka kendaraan. Selain itu, pelanggan juga bisa datang langsung ke Bengkel Resmi Suzuki terdekat di seluruh Indonesia. Pemeriksaan ataupun penggantian komponen ditangani langsung oleh tenaga ahli dan hanya membutuhkan waktu 20 menit untuk pemeriksaan dan apabila diperlukan pergantian maka membutuhkan waktu maksimal 1 jam.\u00a0 Layanan ini tidak dikenakan biaya apapun alias gratis sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab PT SIS terhadap produk maupun kepuasan terhadap pelanggan setianya.<\/p>\n

“Meski saat ini tidak ditemukan keluhan dari pengguna Avenis 125, namun kami sangat menganjurkan para pemilik yang unitnya terindikasi untuk segera melakukan pemeriksaan komponen terlebih dahulu. Apabila teknisi kami mendapati adanya kondisi kurang baik, maka pelanggan akan mendapatkan penggantian Ignition Coil Assy secara cuma-cuma. Harapannya, sepeda motor matic tersebut tetap menyenangkan dan minim rasa khawatir saat digunakan,” tutup Hariadi.<\/p>\n
