OTOFEEDS.id –<\/strong><\/a> Ramadan selalu menghadirkan ruang pertemuan antara rasa, tradisi, dan kebersamaan. Tahun ini, Morazen Surabaya memilih merayakan momen tersebut lewat pendekatan berbeda: membawa lidah tamu menjelajah aroma dan rempah khas Timur Tengah dalam program Iftar Delight Vol. 3 \u2013 The Taste of Arabia.<\/em><\/p>\n

Program ini resmi diperkenalkan dalam sebuah press conference eksklusif yang dihadiri media, food reviewer, <\/em>dan lifestyle influencer<\/em> Surabaya. Bukan sekadar memamerkan deretan menu, Morazen Surabaya menempatkan Ramadan sebagai cerita tentang budaya, suasana hangat, dan pengalaman bersantap yang lebih personal.<\/p>\n

Alih-alih bermain aman dengan sajian yang umum ditemui saat berbuka, Morazen Surabaya memilih jalur eksploratif. Cita rasa Timur Tengah dihadirkan sebagai benang merah, menghadirkan nuansa baru di tengah rutinitas iftar masyarakat kota.<\/p>\n

Di antara menu andalan yang disorot, Beef Kofta<\/em> tampil sebagai representasi karakter Arabia: daging sapi berbumbu rempah khas yang dipanggang hingga menghasilkan tekstur juicy<\/em> dan aroma smoky<\/em>. Hidangan ini dipadukan dengan Kue Pita sebagai pelengkap, serta Nasi Mandi, nasi aromatik berbumbu yang jarang hadir di meja buka puasa hotel pada umumnya. Kombinasi ini tak hanya mengenyangkan, tetapi juga membawa pengalaman rasa yang berbeda dari sekadar menu standar Ramadan.<\/p>\n
