Dalam persidangan kasus yang menjerat mantan Kepala Bengkel atau Service Manager Eko Yuwono, terungkap adanya ribuan faktur yang diduga dibuat secara fiktif.<\/p>\n<p>Kasus tersebut mulai terungkap pada Oktober 2024 setelah PT Honda Prospect Motor (HPM) menemukan kejanggalan dalam laporan klaim program \u201cPaket Hemat\u201d yang diajukan PT IMSI.<\/p>\n<p>Salah satu temuan yang menjadi perhatian adalah penggunaan istilah \u201cRe-aktivasi\u201d dalam laporan klaim. Istilah tersebut disebut tidak dikenal dalam prosedur resmi klaim perusahaan.<\/p>\n<p>Temuan itu kemudian ditindaklanjuti melalui audit internal yang dilakukan pada 6 November 2024. Berdasarkan hasil audit yang dipaparkan dalam persidangan, ditemukan sebanyak 4.852 dokumen faktur yang diduga fiktif.<\/p>\n<p>Jumlah tersebut terdiri dari 3.403 faktur untuk paket yang telah kedaluwarsa dan 1.449 faktur untuk paket yang masih belum kedaluwarsa.<\/p>\n<p>Dari ribuan faktur tersebut, sebanyak 27.903 unit suku cadang disebut telah dikeluarkan dari gudang perusahaan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baca Juga:<a href=\"https:\/\/otofeeds.id\/index.php\/2026\/07\/21\/modus-reaktivasi-fiktif-eks-kepala-bengkel-honda-surabaya\/\">Modus Reaktivasi Fiktif Eks Kepala Bengkel Honda Surabaya<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dampak finansial yang ditimbulkan juga tidak sedikit. Berdasarkan dakwaan JPU, nilai suku cadang yang diduga digelapkan mencapai Rp1.942.924.213.<\/p>\n<p>Kerugian perusahaan kemudian bertambah setelah PT HPM menjatuhkan sanksi administratif kepada PT IMSI berupa denda sebesar Rp4,32 miliar. Denda tersebut disebut sebagai kompensasi atas biaya klaim fiktif yang telah dibayarkan.<\/p>\n<p>Tidak hanya itu, pada Februari 2025, PT HPM juga disebut melakukan pemotongan bonus PT IMSI sebesar Rp3,069 miliar sebagai bagian dari kompensasi atas kerugian yang timbul.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam persidangan, Eko disebut sempat memberikan penjelasan melalui surat elektronik pada 6 Oktober 2024. Ia berdalih bahwa istilah \u201cRe-aktivasi\u201d digunakan sebagai penanda untuk menangani keluhan pelanggan yang paket servisnya telah berakhir, seolah-olah program tersebut masih berlaku.<\/p>\n<p>Namun, menurut dakwaan JPU, terdakwa tidak dapat menunjukkan bukti pendukung atas alasan tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Atas perkara tersebut, Eko Yuwono didakwa dengan dakwaan alternatif berdasarkan Pasal 488 dan Pasal 486 Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP).<\/p>\n<p>Persidangan akan berlanjut dengan agenda pemeriksaan saksi. Proses tersebut diharapkan dapat mengungkap lebih jauh dugaan aliran suku cadang serta pihak-pihak yang diduga terlibat dalam perkara tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Kasus ini masih dalam proses persidangan. Seluruh dakwaan terhadap terdakwa masih harus dibuktikan di pengadilan hingga adanya putusan yang berkekuatan hukum tetap.
