Setelah menutup hajatan utama di BSD City, Tangerang, Juli lalu, Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2025 The Series kini menyapa Surabaya, 27\u201331 Agustus 2025 di Grand City Convex.<\/p>\n<p>Bagi Gabungan Industri Kendaraan Bermotor Indonesia (Gaikindo), Surabaya bukan sekadar lokasi lanjutan, melainkan panggung strategis yang mencerminkan denyut pasar otomotif nasional.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJawa Timur dan Surabaya secara khusus, memiliki potensi pasar yang sangat besar dan strategis bagi pertumbuhan industri otomotif nasional. Hal ini tercermin dari data pesebaran kendaraan secara nasional dimana Jawa Timur selalu masuk dalam tiga besar, dan bahkan di tengah berbagai tantangan yang tengah dihadapi industri otomotif nasional, pada periode Januari hingga Mei 2025, dengan kontribusi sebesar 9,5% dari total penjualan, Jawa Timur kembali berada di posisi tiga. Sehingga melalui GIIAS Surabaya 2025, Gaikindo ingin terus memaksimalkan potensi yang dimiliki Jawa Timur, mendorong kontribusinya untuk capaian industri otomotif Indonesia,\u201d ujar Kukuh Kumara, Sekretaris Umum Gaikindo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>30 Merek Kendaraan, Tujuh Pendatang Baru<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>GIIAS Surabaya 2025 menghadirkan 30 merek kendaraan bermotor, termasuk 21 merek kendaraan penumpang, dari AION, BAIC, BYD, Chery, Citroen, Daihatsu, Denza, Geely, GWM, Honda, Jaecoo, Lexus, Mazda, MG, Mitsubishi Motors, Nissan, Seres, Suzuki, Toyota, Vinfast hingga Wuling. Untuk kategori kendaraan komersial, DFSK turut serta.<\/p>\n<p>Dari roda dua, hadir Aprilia, Kupprum, Moto Guzzi, Piaggio, Royal Enfield, Scomadi, United E-Motor, dan Vespa.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTujuh di antara total merek kendaraan bermotor yang berpartisipasi merupakan merek baru yang untuk pertama kalinya hadir di GIIAS Surabaya, yaitu dari kendaraan penumpang terdapat AION, BAIC, Denza, Geely, GWM, dan Jaecoo serta dari jenis sepeda motor yaitu Scomadi. Selain itu, sebanyak 14 merek dari industri pendukung juga dipastikan akan meramaikan GIIAS Surabaya 2025,\u201d papar Abiyoso Wietono, Project Director GIIAS 2025.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Teknologi Terkini dan Model Baru<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sebagian besar merek akan membawa model-model terbaru yang sebelumnya meluncur di GIIAS BSD Juli lalu, sehingga pengunjung Surabaya mendapat kesempatan langsung melihat inovasi terkini, dari elektrifikasi, konektivitas pintar, hingga fitur keselamatan terbaru.<\/p>\n<p>Kukuh menegaskan bahwa partisipasi merek baru menjadi sinyal kuat kepercayaan industri pada pasar Jawa Timur.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPartisipasi merek-merek kendaraan baru di GIIAS Surabaya tahun ini menunjukkan besarnya kepercayaan pelaku industri terhadap pasar Jawa Timur.
